I’ve spent more than 15 years assisting individuals in discovering their ideal level of physical activity and dietary intake. I intend to uplift and encourage by influencing and directing clients toward a lifestyle that keeps doctors away and improves one’s appearance and well-being.

I am qualified to design and implement exercise programs for individuals with chronic diseases, disabilities, or other health conditions. They also have the expertise to conduct fitness assessments, provide nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and monitor and evaluate clients' progress.
